Werkstudent - Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (m/w/d)

Sie unterstützen uns in verschiedenen Themenfeldern des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung in der Organisation interner BGM-Programme (z.B. Sportkurse, Workshops, o. ä.) und Konzepte

  • Weiterführung des internen Gesundheitskennzahlensystems und der Vorsorgedatei

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von internen BGM-Werbemaßnahmen (z.B. Plakate, Flyer oder Intranet)

Ihr Profil:

  • Student der Fachrichtung Gesundheits- und Pflegemanagement, Sport, Gesundheitsökonomie, Integrative Gesundheitsförderung oder ähnlichem

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich

  • Lern- und Veränderungsorientierung inklusive Selbstreflexion

  • Kooperations- als auch Teamfähigkeit

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit

  • Engagierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Hohes Abstraktionsvermögen, Analyse- und Problemlösefähigkeit

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Beginn: 01.05.2024
