Join our team as a Key Account Associate in Hamburg, to be pivotal in understanding and meeting customer needs and retaining long-term partnerships!
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
Strategically promote and sell customer-specific solutions, products, and strategies to meet business objectives.
Conduct professional consultations with customers on a national and international scale to address needs and concerns.
Collaborate in the development of product and sales strategies to align with customer requirements and market trends.
Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, terms, and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for both parties.
Identify new market potentials, develop forecasts, and implement budget plans to ensure cost-effective operations.
Coordinate interdepartmental tasks to support project progress and ensure seamless execution tailored to customer needs.
We are looking for:
Completed degree in Business Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales or similar role.
Fluency in German and English, proficiency in Mandarin desirable.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Customer-centric and quality-oriented mindset.
Environmentally conscious and sustainable approach.
Service provider-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
Dependability, accountability, and collaborative spirit.
Strong analytical understanding.
